Retreats
Retreats are usually held in beautiful surroundings and last 3-5 nights. We offer two kinds of retreats: writing, yoga, & meditation as well as silent meditation (non-writing/working) retreats.
Writing, Yoga & Meditation Retreats afford focused and dedicated time to writing and research and include yoga, meditation, hiking, and journaling breaks in a community-supported space.
Silent Meditation & Yoga Retreats are for those wishing to deepen their meditation practice, as well as integrate calm creativity, senses of ease, and emotional balance.

Meditation Courses
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MSBR) is an 8 week course and incorporates a blend of mindfulness meditation, body awareness, yoga, and the exploration of patterns of behavior, thinking, feeling, and action.
Mindful Medication is a 6 week course that offers the basics of medication and heart-focus practices.

Workshops
Meditation, yin yoga, and rest workshops usually last for 2-3 hours. They allow focused time for processing, rest, and connection to self and others.

Council Circles
Council is a practice that brings people together in a circle to bear witness and share authentically. Participants agree to speak one-at-a-time, sharing their personal stories and experiences and listening non-judgmentally while others do the same. Through attentive listening and authentic expression, council strengthens emotional health and well-being by neutralizing hierarchical dynamics formed by inequality and societal oppression. It supports compassionate responses to anger, defensiveness, and violence as well as a deep sense of community, interconnectedness, mutual respect.
